Records and Reports

The Kildeer Police Department is a small agency with a limited clerical and records staff. To obtain copies of police and accident reports, please follow these guidelines:

Send your report request in writing to:
Kildeer Police Department
attn: Records
21911 Quentin Road
Kildeer, Illinois 60047
Include the report number, or date of incident and the driver's or victim's name
Include a self-addressed, stamped envelope
Enclose a check for $5.00 payable to the Kildeer Police Department (For accidents involving reconstruction or in-depth investigation, the fee is $20.00)
Please allow 5 to 7 working days turnaround
